Outdoor Sports
These aren’t just shooting events — they are intentional experiences that build trust, discipline, and camaraderie while replacing isolation with connection. Through shared time on the range, veterans rediscover purpose, strengthen mental resilience, and reconnect with others who understand their journey.

Woodworking
We use hands-on woodworking to bring veterans together, creating connection, camaraderie, and a renewed sense of purpose through shared craftsmanship. By building something meaningful side by side, veterans reconnect with others, strengthen mental well-being, and help reduce isolation that can lead to suicide.

THE PAUSE™ MODEL
The PAUSE™ Model is a veteran-centered, non-clinical framework developed by Team Fidelis to create moments of interruption during periods of acute emotional distress.
Grounded in connection, responsibility, and peer-informed messaging, PAUSE™ introduces space between impulse and action so support, perspective, and time can re-enter the moment.
Through a partnership with StopBox USA, Team Fidelis is integrating the PAUSE™ Model into firearm safe-storage solutions designed specifically for veterans.
By combining responsible firearm access with a simple visual interruption, the initiative aims to create a brief but critical pause during moments of crisis while maintaining respect for firearm ownership and veteran culture.

SAFE START Program
SAFE START is the firearms safety and preparedness program developed by Team Fidelis to help veterans and their families build confidence, knowledge, and responsible habits around firearms and personal safety.

The program follows a progressive training pathway, beginning with SAFE START – Fundamentals, a classroom-based introduction to the Four Rules of Firearm Safety, basic firearm operation, and safe handling practices using training tools in a controlled environment with no live firearms or ammunition present.

Participants can then continue through additional SAFE START courses focused on practical skills and preparedness, including Live Fire, Home Defense, Concealed Carry, and First Aid & Emergency Response.
